I laughed so hard today..

Laugh

You told me to lick up the food I had spilled on the ground and offered to spank me if I didn’t.

You drank your water out of a bowl because I forgot to give you a glass.

You forgot the people who owned the house but remembered the dogs as old friends.

When I asked you what’s up, you told me to look for myself and pointed up.

When you were asked your age, you answered, “16! I started counting backwards a long time ago.”

You yanked me onto the couch when I gave you my hand to help you up.

You neatly unrolled the socks I had just rolled and folded them.

You turned the pillow cases inside out before folding them so they would have straight edges.

You made us stop 6 times because there were six red lights at an intersection and you counted each one with me.

You made voices for the stuffed dog and gorilla.

Thank you for the trackbaack! Your site is wonderful. I lost my Mom to Alzheimer’s Disease back in 2001. I wrote a piece about it a couple of years ago, and the article can be found here:

Keep laughing as long as you can. My heart and prayers are with you as you make this journey with your Gramps.
